Bet Big and Gain Small playing Craps

If you consider using this system you want to have a very big amount of money and remarkable discipline to walk away when you realize a small success. For the benefit of this story, a sample buy in of $2,000 is used.

The Horn Bet numbers are certainly not seen as the "successful way to play" and the horn bet itself has a casino edge of over twelve percent.

All you are playing is 5 dollars on the pass line and ONE number from the horn. It does not matter if it’s a "craps" or "yo" as long as you wager it routinely. The Yo is more popular with people using this system for clear reasons.

Buy in for $2,000 when you approach the table but only put five dollars on the passline and one dollar on one of the two, 3, 11, or 12. If it wins, beautiful, if it does not win press to two dollars. If it loses again, press to four dollars and then to eight dollars, then to sixteen dollars and after that add a one dollar every time. Each time you do not win, bet the previous value plus a further dollar.

Adopting this approach, if for instance after fifteen rolls, the number you chose (11) hasn’t been tosses, you really should go away. Although, this is what could develop.

On the tenth roll, you have a sum total of $126 on the table and the YO finally hits, you come away with three hundred and fifteen dollars with a profit of $189. Now is an excellent time to walk away as it’s a lot more than what you entered the table with.

If the YO does not hit until the 20th toss, you will have a complete investment of $391 and because your current wager is at $31, you come away with $465 with your gain of $74.

As you can see, adopting this scheme with just a one dollar "press," your profit margin becomes tinier the more you bet on without succeeding. This is why you have to march away once you have won or you have to wager a "full press" once again and then carry on with the $1.00 increase with each hand.

Carefully go over the numbers before you attempt this so you are very adept at when this system becomes a non-winning affair rather than a profitable one.
