Bet Large and Win Small playing Craps

If you choose to use this system you really want to have a very large amount of money and amazing fortitude to go away when you acquire a small win. For the purposes of this story, a sample buy in of two thousand dollars is used.

The Horn Bet numbers are surely not deemed the "winning way to compete" and the horn bet itself has a casino advantage of over 12 %.

All you are gambling is five dollars on the pass line and a single number from the horn. It does not matter whether it is a "craps" or "yo" as long as you play it constantly. The Yo is more common with players using this scheme for clear reasons.

Buy in for two thousand dollars when you approach the table but only put $5.00 on the passline and one dollar on one of the two, 3, 11, or twelve. If it wins, fantastic, if it loses press to two dollars. If it does not win again, press to four dollars and then to $8, then to sixteen dollars and following that add a one dollar every subsequent wager. Each instance you don’t win, bet the last value plus one more dollar.

Using this system, if for example after 15 rolls, the number you selected (11) has not been thrown, you surely should march away. However, this is what might happen.

On the 10th toss, you have a sum of $126 in the game and the YO finally hits, you come away with $315 with a gain of $189. Now is a good time to march away as it’s more than what you entered the game with.

If the YO does not hit until the 20th toss, you will have a complete bet of $391 and because your current action is at $31, you gain $465 with your gain being $74.

As you can see, adopting this scheme with just a $1.00 "press," your gain becomes smaller the more you play on without winning. That is why you have to walk away once you have won or you have to wager a "full press" once more and then carry on with the $1.00 increase with each toss.

Crunch some numbers at home before you try this so you are very accomplished at when this system becomes a losing affair instead of a winning one.
